1. Who you are dealing with
This website and LeoCore Backup are operated by Souq E Kamil Trading and Solutions WLL, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("we", "us"). Contact: support@seksolution.com.
2. Payments and merchant of record
Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction, and Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting VAT, GST and sales tax, and for issuing your invoice.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Promotional prices, including launch discounts, apply only while displayed and do not affect purchases already completed. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid is the price of your perpetual licence and does not change afterwards.
4. What you receive
A Server or Datacenter purchase grants a perpetual licence to use LeoCore Backup on the number of machines stated on your licence, together with software updates for the lifetime of the product. Use of the software is governed by the end user licence agreement.
The Solo edition is provided free of charge through the Microsoft Store.
5. Delivery
Licence keys are delivered electronically, immediately after payment, by email and on the order confirmation page. If your key does not arrive, email us and we will resend it.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked.
7. Support
Datacenter includes priority email support with a target first response of one business day; Server targets two business days. Solo is supported on a best-effort basis. Support covers the operation of the software; it is not a database administration or data-recovery service.
8. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the licence service, probe them for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use them to distribute unlawful material. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at support@seksolution.com — we will not pursue researchers who report in good faith and give us reasonable time to fix the issue.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this website and the licence service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application is deliberately designed so that an outage of our licence service does not stop your backups or your restores.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Nothing here removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country.
